I have been a busboy, a cook, a forklift driver, driveway sealcoater, camp director, security guard, social worker, therapist, clinical supervisor, COO, and hospital CEO.  I have experienced leadership from just about every possible angle.  Along the way, I have read a lot of leadership books, and learned from a LOT from the best teachers - my own mistakes.
